Refunds/cancellations
Cancellation Policy:

We value the time spent with you, and ask that you please respect our time schedule, so we may offer the best service to each and every client.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule, and we respectfully request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, so that we may make your appointment time available for another person on our waiting list.
If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the services before being able to book another service.

Late Arrivals:

Please send a text message to Arielle at 208-900-1929 if you are running late for your appointment.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before the start of your appointment to find parking and use the restroom. There is a five minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your service.
No refunds after services have been rendered. Payment is due at time of service. We strive to do the best job possible while servicing you, but if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your wax services after you leave, we do have a 3 day touch up free of charge. Just call or text and let us know if you found a patch of hair that we missed, and we'd be happy to get you in asap. Must be within the first 3 days of service appointment. No refunds for services that were paid online, if appointment was a no call/no show. Please call/text within 24 hours of appointment time to reschedule if you can't make it to scheduled appointment.
